1, I listened to some delegates chatting at a conference reception and the phone call at the beginning. Also I studied how to call a pizza delivered.
2, Yes! I enjoyed last class's activities, because I was able to study practical English!
3, I thought a little bit difficult, because I'm not used to listening too fast.
4, I learned about how to call and studied difficulty of taking to a person who I can't see. I thought I must have a large vocabulary. Moreover, it's important to know what to say right at the beginning and to pick up the keyword in a talking.
